Pete Hilliard

Pete Hilliard has a vast work experience spanning over several years. Pete'smost recent role was as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Corsair since March 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at DYME Brands, Inc. from June 2018 to September 2019. Pete also held the position of Chief People Officer at Quantenna Communications from December 2017 to June 2018. Pete served as the Chief Administrative Officer at SGI from November 2015 to December 2016, where they played a key role in preparing and positioning the company for sale. Before that, Pete had a significant tenure at Harmonic as the SVP of Human Resources, where they successfully led the global HR function and facilitated the company's growth through executive recruitment and several organizational integrations. Pete co-founded and served as the President and Board Member of ModSquad, Inc. from November 2007 to October 2013. Prior to that, they were the SVP of Human Resources & Corporate Services at Agile Software, Inc. from June 2002 to November 2007. Pete also held leadership roles at Metromedia Fiber Network (MFN), SiteSmith, Inc., and 54th Street Partners. At SiteSmith, Inc., they developed a highly successful recruiting effort, resulting in the hiring of 500 employees worldwide. Throughout their career, Pete has worked with various notable companies and contributed to their growth and success.

Pete Hilliard attended Saint Francis High School from 1981 to 1985. Following high school, they enrolled at De Anza College from 1986 to 1988. After completing their studies at De Anza, Pete went on to attend San Jose State University from 1988 to 1989, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration.
