Wei Tsai

Wei Tsai has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Wei started their career in 1999 at Cisco Systems as a Global Program Manager for Engineering and NPI. After working there for several years, they joined Nanjing Assen Environment Technology Co. as the General Manager of North America. In this role, they led and restructured overseas companies, managed global marketing challenges, and negotiated relationships and contracts. In 2018, they moved to Teradyne as a Project Manager, where they managed and coordinated NPI activities between different functional groups and worked on cost structures and models. Currently, they are working as a Senior NPI Program Manager at Corsair, where they are responsible for program management.

Wei Tsai has a Master's degree in Industrial Technology from Western Illinois University. They also hold a Master's degree in Management from The George Washington University. Wei Tsai earned their Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Zhejiang University.
