Chris Parlette

Chris Parlette has extensive experience in the field of solutions architecture and consulting. Chris currently works as a Senior Solutions Architect at Corsha since March 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Solutions Architect at TriggerMesh from November 2021 to February 2023, where they helped customers accelerate their shift to event-driven architectures with open-source APIs based on Kubernetes and Knative. Chris also worked as a Senior Solutions Architect at Yotascale from November 2020 to November 2021, where they demonstrated the value of cloud cost management and helped improve cost allocation and reporting for AWS and Azure deployments.

In this role, they provided pre-sales engineering, post-sales services, and support, including product demonstrations, on-site installations, scripting, and customer consultations for monitoring and analytics.

From August 2008 to November 2013, Chris worked at Zenoss, Inc. in roles including Client Services Engineer and Senior Client Support Engineer. Chris conducted installations, custom projects, and training sessions for Zenoss customers, both remotely and on-site.

Chris began their career at Plan B Technologies as a Systems Engineer from July 2006 to May 2008, where they provided support for various Citrix products, including installations and configuration.

Chris also has experience working at the Institute for Physical Science and Technology, University of Maryland, where they served as a Computer Support specialist from November 2003 to June 2006. In this role, they provided technical support to professors and staff members, managed domain controllers and Active Directory, and worked with SQL Server.

Additionally, they obtained multiple certifications including the CKAD: Certified Kubernetes Application Developer from The Linux Foundation in August 2022, the AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in January 2022, and the FOCP: FinOps Certified Practitioner from The Linux Foundation in August 2021.
