Thomas Eide has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Thomas began their career in the U.S. Air Force as an Astronautical Engineer, where they developed and launched military space systems. Thomas then joined SM&A as an Associate before moving on to PRIMEX Technologies as a Technical Project Manager. At PRIMEX, they led the engineering projects for satellite and power electronics systems, including the development of electric propulsion systems for NASA.
Thomas then joined SMA, Inc. as a Senior Vice President, where they played a pivotal role in the operational success of the professional services firm. Thomas was responsible for supporting clients in the capture and leadership of complex programs and implemented corporate strategies that resulted in significant revenue and EPS growth.
After a successful tenure at SMA, Thomas transitioned to Point B as a Management Consultant specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions. Thomas led strategic client acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures, and managed the integration processes for several M&A transactions at Microsoft.
