Brian M. Miller has a long and successful career in sales operations, account executive and service management. Brian M. began their career in 2002 as the Director of Worldwide Services at Integrated Biosystems, Inc., where they were responsible for creating, designing and managing the profit and loss, quality, staff and supply chain of the field installation and service unit. In 2005, they moved to Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP) as the Director of US Field Operations, where they led and managed the activities, budgets, policies and staff of a $70M profit and loss (P&L) Service business unit. In 2006, they became the District Manager at Masterplan, Inc., managing 20+ field engineers and biomedical technicians to service medical equipment. From 2009 to 2020, they worked at Philips as a Senior Account Executive and Business Manager, responsible for managing the long-term success of Philips' relationship at specific key accounts and segmenting and developing territory for enterprise service solution. In 2020, they joined Equipment Focused Solutions as a Senior Executive Consultant, facilitating service and maintenance strategies that are patient care and safety centric. In 2021, they began working at Cortechs.ai as the Director of Sales Operations and Strategic Account Executive, transforming clinical care for healthcare providers while establishing long-term strategic partnerships and focusing on the clinical, operational, and financial with their customers. Additionally, they are currently working at Within Health as a Sales Advisor.

Brian M. Miller holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the USC Marshall School of Business, where they studied Finance and Marketing. Brian M. also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Marquette University, where they studied Biomedical and Electrical Engineering. In addition, they have completed Management, Sales, Marketing and Six Sigma Training from GE Management & Leadership Training, as well as a Professional Program in Quality and Compliance for Biotechnology from the University of California, Berkeley.
