Shane Barker

Shane Barker, PMP, currently serves as the Senior Director of Capture at DecisionPoint Corporation, focusing on business development and capture leadership within government contracting. With a career spanning over 19 years, Shane has held various leadership roles including Program Director at ARServices, where management of a $25M+ project portfolio targeted growth in VA, HHS, and DoD markets. Shane has also worked as a Project Manager at CALIBRE Systems, leading teams on policy implementation and business optimization. Earlier experience includes legislative roles with U.S. Senators and advocacy organizations, where Shane contributed to veteran employment initiatives and legislative strategy. Shane holds a Master of Arts in Public Administration and a Master’s Degree in Political Science, both from Marshall University.
