Raquel Medina has extensive experience in compensation and recruitment, currently serving as Encargada de Compensación y DO at Cortés Hermanos since March 2017. Previously, Raquel worked at Macrotech as Encargada Compensación y Beneficios from 2015 to March 2017, and coordinated recruitment processes and compensation at a confidential company from January 2008 to May 2015. Raquel holds a Master's degree in Strategic Management with a focus on Human Resources and Knowledge Management from Universidad Internacional Iberoamericana and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica de Santiago.
