Kyle Drilling

Kyle Drilling is an accomplished professional in the manufacturing and procurement sectors, currently serving as Associate Director of Indirect Purchasing at Allison Transmission since January 2014. Kyle possesses extensive experience in sourcing, engineering, and managing large-scale assembly line systems, successfully overcoming numerous challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic. Kyle has executed multiple direct material cost savings initiatives, implemented indexed pricing mechanisms for fluctuating metals prices, and trained a significant number of suppliers and employees in procurement processes. Previous roles at Allison include Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Commodity Manager, and Commodity Analyst, alongside internships at Allison and Foxconn that provided foundational experience in supply chain management and operational efficiency. Kyle holds an M.B.A. from the University of Indianapolis and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
