Santosh Mangalam

Santosh Mangalam is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the agricultural industry, currently serving as Vice President of New Business Venture & Growth Businesses at Corteva Agriscience since 2017. In this role, Santosh leads a global team focused on identifying and developing new business opportunities, particularly in M&A and joint ventures for the crop protection sector. Previous positions at Corteva include Vice President of Insect & Nematode Management and Business Director, where Santosh managed significant portfolios and contributed to the restructuring during the Dow/DuPont merger. Prior to joining Corteva, Santosh held various leadership roles at Dow AgroSciences, including Global Business Leader for Insect Management and Herbicides, and Commercial Unit Leader in South Asia. Santosh holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, along with degrees from Thunderbird School of Global Management and Dr. Rajendra Prasad Central Agricultural University.
