Gloriana Wong

Gloriana Wong is a dedicated registered nurse with extensive experience in various healthcare settings, currently serving as a CCM RN at Vesta Healthcare since November 2023. Wong has been with Cortex since September 2019, focusing on patient outreach for recent hospital and skilled nursing facility discharges, ensuring smooth transitions and addressing any care needs.
