Manager, Mid-Market Sales at Cortex

Garret Houts has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an Intern at Vanderford and Ruiz, LLP in 2008. In 2011, they worked as a Marketing Intern at NES Financial. From 2012 to 2013, they worked at Socialtyze as an Account Executive and later as a Social Strategist, where they focused on generating top of the funnel activity through email campaigns and outreach strategies. Garret then joined MomentFeed in 2013, where they held various roles, including Partner Development, Sr. Account Executive, and Manager of Solution Consultants. MomentFeed's mission is to help multi-location businesses capture more sales through mobile. In 2018, they transitioned to Iterable as an Enterprise Account Executive and later became a Manager of Mid-Market Sales until 2022. Currently, Garret is employed at Cortex as a Manager of Mid-Market Sales since 2023.

Garret Houts attended the University of Southern California from 2007 to 2012. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism. In addition to their major, they also completed a minor in Business.
