Grace Mason

Grace Mason has over 12 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Grace started their career at Deloitte as an Audit Senior Assistant in 2009 and later worked as an Experienced Hire Recruiter at KPMG US. In 2012, they joined Betts Recruiting, where they held multiple positions, including Recruitment Specialist, Account Manager, Director of Account Management, and Head of Account Management and Business Development.

In 2016, Grace transitioned to Periscope Data, Inc. as an Account Manager before taking a sabbatical in 2017 to travel the world. After their sabbatical, they worked at Segment as a Sourcer, Business Recruiter, and Senior Business Recruiter. Grace then joined AgentSync in 2021 as a Lead GTM Recruiter and later became the Director of Talent.

In 2016, they also started working as a Yoga Instructor at CorePower Yoga, where they took on additional roles such as Studio Assistant, Assistant Studio Manager, and Studio Manager.

Most recently, in 2023, Grace became the Lead Business Recruiter at Cortex. With their diverse and extensive background, they have developed strong skills in recruitment, talent management, account management, and leadership.

Grace Mason attended UC Santa Barbara from 2005 to 2009. Grace pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree, majoring in Business Economics with an emphasis on Accounting. Additionally, they completed a minor in Sport Management.
