Lenka Trangos

Lenka Trangos has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2013 as a Social Media Manager at Adbee, where they managed social media campaigns and created content. Lenka then moved on to roles in the hospitality industry, working at various hotels including Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, Radisson Collection, Sanders, and Nobis Hotel Copenhagen. In these roles, Lenka excelled in customer service, developed communication and presentation skills, and gained a deeper understanding of consumer behavior. Lenka also took on responsibilities such as onboarding new colleagues and organizing events. Lenka later transitioned to roles focused on employee experience and HR processes, working as a Studio Manager at Barkas and an Employee Experience Manager at Tame. In these positions, they implemented policies and processes, recruited and onboarded employees, and prioritized a people-first approach. Most recently, Lenka joined Corti as a People Ops Specialist - Experience & Engagement, where they design and owns key people processes, facilitates leadership workshops, and creates a remarkable employee experience.

Lenka Trangos began their education at School of Arts L.Árvay from 2002 to 2011, where they focused on the study of flute. Following this, they attended Bilingual gymnasium M.Hodza from 2011 to 2016, completing their English Grammar School education in the English section. Lenka then enrolled at Copenhagen Business School from 2016 to 2019, earning their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Service Management with a specialization in Tourism and Hospitality. Additionally, Lenka pursued further education at Copenhagen Business School from 2019 to 2021, obtaining their Master's degree in Strategy, Organisation and Leadership with a minor in the field of Behavioural Neuroscience and Economy.

In terms of additional certifications, Lenka Trangos achieved the Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English, Level C1 from the Cambridge English Language Assessment institution, although the specific dates of obtaining this certification are not provided.
