Ihrp-Sp Tan Li Yi

Tan Li Yi, IHRP-SP, currently serves as the HR & Admin Manager at Cortina Watch since April 2022, after previously holding the position of Assistant HR & Admin Manager. Between October 2019 and April 2022, Tan worked as the Human Resources Manager at CCECC Singapore Pte Ltd, managing a full spectrum of HR functions and supervising HR staff. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Executive of Human Resources at Cyber Builders Pte Ltd from July 2018 to October 2019 and as Human Capital Manager and Human Resources Executive at PestBusters Singapore from May 2012 to June 2018, where a variety of HR functions were managed, including employee relations and performance management. Tan began a career in human resources after a stint as a Research Intern at the Institute of Chemical & Engineering Sciences in 2011, following academic achievements at Nanyang Technological University Singapore with a degree in Chemistry and Biological Chemistry.
