James Cluff

James "Cliffy" Cluff is a seasoned professional in aviation and defense with extensive experience across various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of the Aviation Program at Gallatin College MSU and the Director at Northrop Grumman's Advanced Technology Development Center, Cluff also holds positions as Chief Operating Officer at SOAR BEYOND, LLC, and Senior Executive Advisor to the Royal Saudi Air Force Commander. In addition, Cluff contributes as an Advisory Board Member for Fortem Technologies and Frontier Technologies Inc., and serves on the Northern Tier Chapter Board of Directors for the National Defense Industrial Association. Cluff's educational background includes advanced degrees in military operational art and science, organizational leadership, and drone technology, complemented by executive training from prestigious institutions such as UNC Kenan-Flagler and the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
