Tara Yunkunis

Tara Yunkunis has extensive experience in business development and product management within the biomedical field. Currently serving as Sales Business Development at Cortland Biomedical since July 2020, responsibilities include driving new business initiatives and growth strategies through market research and digital marketing. Prior to this role, Tara held various positions at DSM from October 2012 to July 2020, including Global Product Director and Project Director, where tasks encompassed product line management, project oversight, and financial reporting. Earlier experience as a Biomaterials Engineer at both DSM and Kensey Nash Corporation involved research, development, and regulatory compliance in biomaterials for clinical applications. Educational qualifications include an MBA and dual master's degrees in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering, all from Penn State University.
