Clay provides leadership to all aspects of Cortland's construction management function, including project management, construction accounting, and vendor relations for new development, renovations, and product design. Over the course of his career with Cortland, Clay's team has led the multifamily industry in renovation volume and continues to work to deliver industry-leading quality and competitiveness to the living spaces and communities they create.
