Duncan Cannon

Duncan Cannon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in building technology, operations, and project architecture. Currently serving as the Director of Building Technology at Cortland since March 2018, Duncan oversees innovation initiatives, low voltage design, and telecom coordination to enhance operational efficiencies across multiple departments. Prior to this role, Duncan was the Manager of Operations at The Combine, LLC, facilitating the launch of several startup companies through market analysis, customer discovery, and go-to-market strategies. Duncan's background also includes significant experience as a Network Engineer at THOUGHT STREAMS, INC. and as a Project Architect at Rowhouse Architects and Perkins+Will, contributing to various multi-family, commercial, and municipal projects. Duncan holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Virginia and has foundations in Art History from The University of Alabama.
