Jason formulates and implements strategies to support Cortland’s continued growth, both organically and through mergers and acquisitions, by leveraging the firm’s areas of competitive advantage and exploring ways to expand its capabilities. He oversees and leads the investments, capital markets, corporate finance, investor relations, tax, and accounting teams.
