Theresa Flaherty Haenn, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Director of Major Gift Development at Corus International, where leadership includes managing a team of six major gift officers and implementing comprehensive donor development strategies. With extensive experience in philanthropic roles, Theresa has held positions such as Major Gift Officer at Corus International and Main Line Animal Rescue, Executive Leadership Coach at VitaFlourish, and Vice President of Development at Big Brothers Big Sisters Independence, where significant fundraising achievements were made.
