Erin McIntosh Longeau, BA, CPHR, SHRM-SCP

Erin McIntosh Longeau has a diverse range of experience in human resources and people management. Their most recent role was as the Manager of People & Culture at Corus Orthodontists, where they supported 20 clinics across Canada and the US. Prior to that, they served as a Human Resources Business Partner at Urban Life Solutions, responsible for all aspects of HR for a group of over 300 employees. Erin also worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Opus Stewart Weir, Athabaskan Resource Company, and Fekete \ IHS, where they gained experience in recruitment, employee relations, policy development, and performance management. Early in their career, they held the role of Admissions Financial Supervisor at Vancouver Film School. Erin holds a BA degree and is certified as a CPHR and SHRM-SCP.

Erin McIntosh Longeau, BA, CPHR, SHRM-SCP, holds a diverse education history encompassing different fields of study. From 2004 to 2008, Erin attended Carleton University, where they pursued a BA Honours degree. During this time, they engaged in a double major in Sociology and Women's Studies. Following a brief gap, Erin resumed their academic pursuits, attending the University of Calgary from 2011 to 2012. At the University of Calgary, Erin focused on Human Resources Management.
