Koen Grift

Koen Grift has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries.

Starting from 2013, Koen worked as a Summer Intern at TLR International Laboratories. In 2015, they joined TAQA as a Research Intern for six months before transitioning to the role of Strategy and Finance Manager at Project 3102 in the same year.

In 2016, Koen joined KPMG Canada and held multiple roles within the Deal Advisory - Transaction Services team. Koen began as an Analyst and later became a Senior Associate. In 2019, they were promoted to Manager, responsible for Transaction Services. Koen left KPMG Canada in early 2021.

Currently, Koen is employed at Corus Orthodontists. Koen started as a Manager in the role of Mergers & Acquisitions and Financial Planning & Analysis, and later advanced to their current position as Senior Manager in the same field.

Overall, Koen Grift has gained considerable experience in financial planning, analysis, mergers & acquisitions, and transaction services through their various roles at KPMG Canada and Corus Orthodontists.

Koen Grift holds a Master's Degree in Corporate Finance from Erasmus University Rotterdam, which they obtained from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in International Bachelor Economics and Business Economics (IBEB) at the same university, graduating between 2011 and 2014. Koen also participated in an International Exchange program at the University of Calgary in 2013, and attended a Summerschool at the same institution in 2014. In terms of additional certifications, Koen Grift obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) Charterholder designation from the CFA Institute in September 2020.
