Mary Mills, CPHR

Mary Mills, CPHR has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Mary started their career at Suncor Energy as a Human Resources Assistant in January 2012 and later became a Human Resources Analyst from April 2013 to September 2013. In September 2013, they joined Memorial University of Newfoundland as a Benefits & Pensions Assistant until May 2014. Mary then moved on to Trotter & Morton Group of Companies, where they worked as a Human Resources Coordinator from September 2014 to September 2015. Mary then became a Human Resources Generalist from September 2015 to January 2018 and further progressed as a Human Resources Advisor from January 2018 to March 2020. Mary briefly worked as a Senior Human Resources Advisor at EFW Radiology from March 2020 to May 2020 before joining Corus Orthodontists as a Manager, People & Culture from August 2020 to February 2023. Currently, Mary holds the position of Manager, People Operations at Corus Orthodontists, starting from February 2023.

Mary Mills, CPHR, holds a Bachelor of Commerce Co-op Honours degree in Human Resources and Labour Relations from Memorial University of Newfoundland. Mary also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature from the same university. In 2017, Mary obtained their CPHR certification from CPHR Alberta. Additionally, they obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in 2019. Mary Mills is also currently pursuing the Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) certification from CPHR Alberta.
