Sai Sharan Yalamarty has worked in two different companies. In Corva, they began working in 2017 as a Senior Research Data Scientist, then moved to a Research Data Scientist role, and finally an Research Engineering Intern role. In this role, they developed a real-time automated rig state algorithm to categorize drilling operations into 20 different rig states using WITSML data and some other contextual data. The algorithm has so far processed over 13000 wells and counting, and was developed in Java and deployed to run on AWS Lambda in real-time. Prior to Corva, Sai Sharan Yalamarty worked at RoboManipal from 2012 to 2017 as a Mechanical Design Engineer.
Sai Sharan Yalamarty attended Gitanjali Devshala from 1997 to 2009 for their high school education. Sai Sharan then went on to Manipal Institute of Technology from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Finally, they attended the University of Houston from 2015 to 2017 and obtained a Master's Degree in Petroleum Engineering.
