Olivia Rodi has extensive experience in accounting and client success management, currently serving as the Accountant Channel Lead and Growth and Development Program Lead at Corvee since July 2019. Olivia leads strategic initiatives that enhance customer journeys and drive product feedback, while managing a portfolio of Tier 1 clients to optimize service offerings and improve customer experience. Prior to Corvee, Olivia held various roles at Zenreach from September 2015 to August 2019, including Partner Success Manager and Senior Account Executive, where significant achievements included creating successful onboarding processes and establishing strategic market presence. Olivia began a professional journey with positions at Zenefits, Thrive Events, and Green Ideas, showcasing a diverse skill set in client engagement, marketing, and team leadership. Olivia holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Business/Corporate Communications and Business Communication from Arizona State University.
