April Tucker

April Tucker, MBA, MA, PMP has over five years of experience in the finance and accounting industry. In 2021, they were appointed as the Director of Financial Operations at Corvia, where they are responsible for managing the Data Analytics and Residuals teams with a focus on data integrity and residuals/partner sales commissions processing. April also works closely with the Engineering team to identify areas of opportunity to automate manual residuals processes.

In 2021, April also joined Paysafe Group as a Finance Project Manager, where they are supporting company-wide transformation projects.

From 2018 to 2021, April was a Financial Consultant/Business Analyst at Howroyd Group Executive Search, where they were involved in multi-systems variance capture and primary bank migration for merchant services settlements and residuals payments.

In 2017, April was a Senior Business Consultant/Strategist at Express Employment Professionals, where they provided professional accounting and finance consulting to various businesses. April conducted evaluations on operations, finance, HR, production flow, and software to identify areas for improvement for a small business contemplating major strategic decisions due to industry changes.

Prior to this, April was a Finance Manager/Senior Accountant Professional at Robert Half Finance & Accounting from 2016 to 2017. In this role, they assisted the Executive Director of a non-profit in managing fiscal sponsorship for 100+ projects.

April Tucker has an extensive education history. April obtained a BS in Business, Finance, and Project Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus between 2008 and 2011. April then went on to obtain an MBA in Sustainable Business from California Lutheran University between 2013 and 2016. Following this, April earned a Master of Arts (MA) in Yoga Studies from Loyola Marymount University between 2014 and 2016. Most recently, they completed a Post-Graduate degree in Yoga Therapy/Integrative Medicine from Loyola Marymount University between 2019 and 2021. Additionally, April has obtained several certifications, including a Yoga Therapy Rx (YTRX-500) from Samata International in August 2020, a Certified International Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) from the International Association of Yoga Therapists in July 2022, a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in December 2020, and an E-RYT 500, RCYT, YACEP from Yoga Alliance in September 2007.
