Detlef's career includes roles at GE Power & Water, Gates Corporation, Univar EMEA, DSM Composite Resins, and GE Healthcare, where responsibilities encompassed global HR leadership, organizational restructuring, and managing large teams across diverse locations. Detlef's educational background includes a diploma in Human Resources and Educational Science from the University of Federal Armed Forces in Hamburg, along with a BS in Economy & Marketing from AKAD University.
