Melinda Hughes

Melinda Hughes has extensive experience in strategic sourcing and supply chain management, currently serving as the General Manager of Strategic Sourcing and previously as Group Category Manager at COS since August 2016. Prior experience includes serving as National Supply Chain Manager and Strategic Sourcing Manager at Brady Corporation from September 2010 to August 2016, as well as Operations Manager at Carroll Australasia from April 2009 to August 2010. Melinda's earlier roles include Product Group Manager and Marketing Coordinator at Brady Corporation and Seton Identification Products, with specific emphasis on product management and catalogue development. Education includes a Certificate in Frontline Management from TAFE NSW and a Diploma in Leadership, with additional training at Accenture from 2011 to 2014.
