Jennifer Sweeney

Jennifer Sweeney has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, starting as a Certified Medical Assistant at Hillside Family Medicine. Jennifer then moved on to become a Medical Assistant and Office Manager at Mineral Spring Family Practice, before transitioning to roles at Compass Medical such as Remote Patient Monitoring Program-CCMA and CCMA in Chronic Care Management. Currently, Jennifer holds the role of Performance Consultant/Account Manager at Cosán Group, where Jennifer contributes to the organization's innovative technology-driven preventative care services for older adults. With an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree from New England Institute of Technology, Jennifer has a strong background in assisting patients and managing healthcare facilities.
