Kip Madden

Kip Madden, MBA, is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in technology, healthcare, and digital marketing. Since October 2021, Kip has served as a Solutions Architect in the Data and AI Predictive Analytics group at Neudesic, an IBM Company, focusing on transforming data into actionable business intelligence. As the CEO and Founder of CoSapient since October 2015, Kip has driven revenue growth for small businesses through a data-centric digital marketing strategy. Previously, as President and COO of Communicaid Language Solutions, Kip led a successful language interpreting and translation agency to significant revenue growth and operational standardization. Kip's career also includes pivotal roles at Johnson and Johnson as a Senior Bioinformatics Programmer and Biochemist Senior Research Associate, where Kip contributed to drug design and published research in Inflammation. Early career experience includes research at Syntex as a Molecular Biologist Research Associate. Kip holds an MBA in Information Technology from Santa Clara University and a BS in Biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
