Zainab Hamzat

Zainab Hamzat is currently working as a Quality Assurance Specialist at First HACCP System Limited since January 2022 and as an In-Process Control Specialist at Cosmax NBT USA since June 2019. Zainab previously worked as a Health and Safety Officer at Eko Hotel & Suites from September 2010 to April 2012. Zainab holds a Master's degree in Food Safety, Hygiene, and Management from the University of Birmingham and is also a certified Motivational and Impactful Life Coach from the International Coach Federation. In their current roles, Zainab is responsible for managing the assignment, distribution, tracking, and closure of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to ensure all documentation is complete, working closely with department personnel to adhere to SOP timelines.
