Jeremy Tan

Jeremy Tan is an Industrial Engineering Specialist at Cosmetica Laboratories Inc. since February 2014, where significant contributions include establishing an Automatic Lean Manufacturing System to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and reduce costs, in addition to implementing line schematics for increased efficiency. Previously, Jeremy held various roles at Glass Fibre Inc. from 1999 to 2013, including Production Improvement Manager, where a product traceability system achieved 98% paperless production and sustained OEE over 65%. Jeremy also has a strong educational background with a Master of Science in Business Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Production Engineering, complemented by advanced project management certification from Seneca College.
