Mathias Maempel

Mathias Maempel is an experienced sales leader with a strong background in data and analytics. Currently serving as Head of Sales Data & Analytics at COSMO CONSULT since July 2020, Mathias has previously held positions at ventopay gmbh, where responsibilities included establishing a sales branch and managing budgets, as well as roles in account management at Digi Zeiterfassung GmbH, focusing on time tracking solutions for SMEs in Bavaria and Austria. Prior experience also includes various leadership roles at Adecco Personaldienstleistungen GmbH, overseeing regional sales strategies and operations, along with an early career as an assistant to management at Jost Pressegroßhandel. Mathias holds a Diplom in Betriebswirtschaft from Technische Hochschule Augsburg and completed an internship in the USA through Senior Technologies.
