Peter Tyllack

Peter Tyllack serves as General Counsel at COSMO CONSULT since April 2023, following a nine-year tenure in a similar role at Neos IT Services. Tyllack has a strong background in IT law, German and international law, and compliance, with extensive experience in negotiating contracts and providing HR legal support. Prior to Neos, Tyllack held positions as Rechtsanwalt at Kanzlei plan C and Rotter Rechtsanwaelte Partnerschaft mbB, focusing on banking and capital markets law. Tyllack's earlier experience includes legal work at Wurm Leasing GmbH, covering banking, leasing law, and civil law. Tyllack holds both Staatsexamen degrees from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and completed a legal traineeship in Bavaria.
