Thomas Schwarze

Thomas Schwarze has a diverse work experience, starting with their most recent role as a Lead Generation Manager Inbound at COSMO CONSULT since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Telemarketing-Mitarbeiter at the same company since May 2020.

Before joining COSMO CONSULT, Thomas worked at Gothaer Schaden-Service-Center GmbH as a Sachbearbeiter im Innendienst from October 2019 to January 2020. During their time there, they handled tasks such as recording insurance claim data, answering customer and agency inquiries, and coordinating communication with relevant departments.

From 2017 to 2019, Thomas was employed as a Mitarbeiter Telesales at COSMO CONSULT, gaining experience in sales and customer service. In addition, they served as an Assistent der Geschäftsleitung at @Net.Com Medienberatungsgesellschaft mbH from November 2010 to October 2016, where they managed back-office operations, project files, and communication with clients and external partners.

Thomas also has work experience in the Bundeswehr as a Zeitsoldat in the Stabs- und Verwaltungsdienst from July 2005 to June 2009. Thomas'sresponsibilities included maintaining personnel records, contributing to daily operations, managing military ID cards, ensuring compliance with first aid training, and processing injury reports.

Furthermore, Thomas completed their Ausbildung zum Kaufmann für Bürokommunikation at AFZ-Bremen from August 2002 to June 2005. This provided him with a solid foundation in office communication and administration.

Thomas Schwarze attended Berufsbildende Schulen Verden from 2000 to 2002, where they studied Wirtschaft und Verwaltung. Thomas also obtained a certification in Ausbildung der Ausbilder from Handwerkskammer für Ostfriesland in 2009.
