Kailash Chavan

Kailash Chavan has a strong background in sales and business development. Kailash is currently working at Cosmo Films, where they started in April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Specialty Polyfilms from July 2021 to May 2023, focusing on selling plastic packaging materials to manufacturing companies. Kailash utilized various strategies such as lead generation through LinkedIn, reference, email marketing, company websites, and cold calling. At Abhishek Group, where they served as a sales manager from January 2018 to June 2021, they achieved significant growth by adding 25 new customers and increasing sales by 65% in Maharashtra. Before that, Kailash was a managing partner at Tulip Packaging Industries from February 2011 to January 2018, where they were responsible for domestic and international sales of HDPE and PP plastic ropes. Kailash successfully sent consignments to Sri Lanka and Kenya without third-party exporters. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Professional Service Officer at Pfizer from December 2009 to February 2011, managing sales activity in their assigned territory and achieving recognition as the best salesman in April 2010.

Kailash Chavan completed their B.Sc in Biotechnology from MGM College of Engineering & Technology from 2004 to 2007. Kailash then pursued a PGDM in Marketing Management from MITCON Institute of Management from 2007 to 2009. During their time at MITCON Institute, they also completed a Certificate course in Export Import Management from Mitcon Udyog Prabhodini in 2008, specializing in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law, as well as Incoterms.
