Joshua Maweu

Joshua Maweu is a Planning Specialist at Cosmos Limited, having advanced from roles such as Planning Assistant/Data Controller and LEAN SIX SIGMA Officer since January 2020. Responsibilities include ensuring data integrity, managing production schedules, liaising with stakeholders, and maintaining inventory KPIs. Joshua previously participated in the Cytonn Young Leaders Program at Cytonn Investments, focusing on stakeholder relationship management, and interned as a data analyst at East African Portland Cement Company. Joshua began a career in education as a teacher at two different high schools and holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Statistics with Computing from the University of Eldoret.
