Cintia Cordova, MBA, LSSBB has over 17 years of experience in the manufacturing and operations industry. Cintia currently serves as the Vice President of Manufacturing Operations at Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drug Company, PBC, a role they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they were employed by Alcon from 2005 to 2022, where they held various roles, including Global Quality Strategic Advisor, Senior Operations Manager, QC Microbiology Lab Manager, Senior Engineer II, Production Supervisor, and Quality Assurance Analyst.

Cintia Cordova has a Bachelor's degree from The University of Texas at Arlington in Biology, General. In 2017, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from Alcon. Cintia then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration - MBA, Strategy from Texas Christian University - M.J. Neeley School of Business, which they completed in 2021. Cintia also holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) certification from Alcon.
