Ellis Potter

Ellis Leighton-Fry is an experienced professional in people systems and operations, currently serving as the Global People Systems & Operations Manager at Costa Coffee since October 2016. In this role, Ellis is accountable for all Costa People Systems and leads the operations of the Costa People Systems Team, driving the People Technology agenda and collaborating with IT and external vendors.
