Katja Bispo do Carmo has been working with Costa Coffee since March 2009 and currently holds the position of UK&I Brand Excellence Lead since January 2023. Over the years, Katja has held various titles within the company, including Project Manager (Beverages), UK&I Brand Excellence Manager, Global Brand Excellence Manager, Brand Standards Manager, and Brand Excellence Coach.
