Lauren Collins has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Global Director of People Partnering for Costa Coffee, where Lauren is covering interim maternity leave. Prior roles include Senior People Business Partner for Global Functions and Platforms at Costa Coffee, HR Business Partner for Operations at Greene King, and Regional Talent Manager at Côte Brasserie. At Whitbread, Lauren held multiple positions from HR Project Manager to Employee Engagement Manager, contributing to significant HR initiatives and projects. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) in Psychology from Lancaster University and a Level 7 CIPD qualification from West Herts College.
