Francesco Vaggi

Francesco Vaggi serves as the Head of Revenue Management Markets at Costa Crociere S.p.A. since July 2018, overseeing global pricing strategies and leading a team of Senior Market Analysts. Previous roles at Costa include Head of Revenue Management for the Mediterranean team and Manager of Pricing & Revenue Management, focusing on Mediterranean programs. With a strong background in pricing strategies, Francesco has significantly contributed to revenue optimization and inventory management, particularly for various cruise programs. Earlier experience includes a Bid & Pricing Expert role at Vodafone, where responsibilities involved crafting customized offers for large enterprise customers. Francesco is a selected mentee in the prestigious Mentors4u program and holds an MBA from Collège des Ingénieurs, along with master’s and bachelor’s degrees in engineering from Università degli Studi di Genova.
