Joshua Mathis

Joshua Mathis is a Senior Engineering Manager at Costa Farms, a position held since April 2022. Prior to this role, Joshua served as an Application Engineer at Bosch Rexroth from September 2015 to April 2022, where responsibilities included designing hydraulic systems and conducting field service for testing machines. Earlier experience includes a Quality Engineer internship at Snap-on Incorporated in the summer of 2012, focusing on quality assurance of parts against engineering specifications. Joshua holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Western Carolina University, completed in December 2022, and a Bachelor's degree in the same field earned in 2015 from the same institution.
