Brigid Veale

Brigid Veale has extensive experience in public relations and communications, currently serving as the PR and Communications Manager for Costa since August 2017. Prior roles include Public Relations and Community Engagement Manager at Costa, Head of Communications and Publications at Southern Cross University from November 2003 to July 2017, Communications Teacher at North Coast TAFE from 1998 to 2003, and Senior Journalist and Sub-Editor at APN Newspapers from November 1996 to 2003. Earlier in their career, Brigid worked as a Senior Reporter/Sub-Editor at the Daily Mercury from 1989 to 1996. Brigid holds a Bachelor of Professional Writing with a focus on Journalism from the University of Canberra and a Master of Professional Communication from the University of Southern Queensland.
