David Monahan has extensive experience in the field of human resources, having worked in various roles for companies such as AGL Energy and Alcoa. David has held titles such as People & Culture Business Partner, Human Resources Manager, and Divisional HR & WHS Manager. David has managed HR services for large numbers of employees across diverse locations and manufacturing sites, working closely with management teams to develop and implement people strategies that drive business performance. Currently, David serves as the Human Resources Manager for the Citrus Division at Costa.
