Alison Francis

Alison Francis is an experienced HR and Workplace Relations professional, currently serving as the Workplace Relations Manager at Fletcher Building since May 2017, where responsibilities include leadership in enterprise bargaining, industrial disputes, and Fair Work Commission advocacy. With a background that includes roles such as Employee Relations Manager at Tradelink and Employee Relations Specialist at BP, Alison has led various initiatives, including the implementation of Enterprise Agreements and complex employee relations matters. In addition to work at Fletcher Building, Alison actively contributes to the Industrial Relations Society of Queensland as Vice President and Treasurer. Alison's academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Strategic Human Resources from Liverpool John Moores University and Fellowships from the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and the Australian HR Institute.
