Elliot joined Costa in 2001. Over the last 12 years, Elliot has managed leading customer accounts across both domestic and export channels and then the General Manager role in the Costa Grape Category.

In June 2012 Elliot was appointed General Manager responsible for the Grape and Citrus categories.

He has a Bachelor of Business degree and Graduate Certificate in Food Business Management.
