Fiona Bell

Fiona Bell is a highly experienced human resources professional currently serving as the National Human Resources Manager at Costa since February 2025. Prior to this role, Fiona was a Training Facilitator at the Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry from September 2023 to February 2025 and worked at Campana Consulting from March 2023 to February 2025, specializing in leadership coaching, workplace wellbeing, and HR consulting. Fiona's extensive background also includes over a decade as the National HR Operations Manager for Costa and prior experience as a Human Resources Coordinator at Southern Cross Care (Vic). Fiona holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources Management from Griffith University, as well as a Diploma of Human Resources from Chisholm Institute.
