Lisanne Casement

Lisanne Casement is an experienced professional in organizational development, diversity and inclusion, and learning and development. Currently serving as Group Manager for Development, Engagement & Inclusion at Costa since January 2022, Lisanne focuses on enhancing learning initiatives and fostering an inclusive workplace culture. Previous roles include Lead/Senior Consultant for Organisational Development at the Australian Energy Market Operator, where strategic leadership development and culture enhancement were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes senior positions in various organizations, such as Epworth HealthCare, Staples Europe, and Randstad, where Lisanne executed leadership programs, talent initiatives, and comprehensive HR consulting services. Lisanne holds a Master of Science in Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Radboud University.
