Dan Hoopes

Dan Hoopes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as VP of People Strategy at Costa Vida, Fresh Mexican Grill, Dan has held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Global HR and Transformation and Vice President of Organization Effectiveness at Nu Skin. Previous roles include Principal Consultant at DecisionWise and Global Director of Talent Management at the LDS Church. Dan also served as Director of Organization Development at L3 Technologies. Dan holds a Master's degree in Organization Development from Loyola University Chicago, earned between 1994 and 1996.
